When Bella talks about agriculture, her perspective is often from above — quite literally. Known for her drone videos that capture sweeping views of fields and farms, she offers a unique way of seeing the industry. But her work is also grounded in the day-to-day realities of supporting growers as an agronomy assistant.

“The sacrifice that goes into it — whether it's our migrant workers that come here and spend eight months away from their families, or a grower sitting in a combine or a tractor for 12 hours away from your family and kids.”

That’s how Bella describes one of the realities that agriculture outsiders rarely witness. Beyond the beauty of the fields, farming is built on sacrifice: time away from loved ones, long hours, and immense responsibility.

Despite these challenges, Bella finds her work in agriculture incredibly rewarding.

“Coming from someone who didn't grow up in agriculture, I think it's a really rewarding industry.”

Through both her agronomy work and her storytelling with drones, Bella highlights an important truth: agriculture is sustained not only by the people who grow crops, but also by those who walk (and sometimes fly) alongside them — offering support, solving problems, and celebrating the beauty of the industry from every angle.
